Take a look at the American cruiser from an unusual angle!

This time, Helena is in the spotlight. She was the ninth and the last ship of her series, and one of the best American light cruisers of the late 1930s. The ship fought in several major battles in the Pacific Ocean and was damaged during the attack on Pearl Harbor. She was sunk by torpedoes from Japanese destroyers during the Battle of Kula Gulf in July 1943. USS Helena became one of the most famous and decorated ships of the United States Navy during World War II.
